  • Great hotel for a downtown stay, rooms are large and nicely furnished, best of all was breakfast in the magnificent dining room. The hotel staff were proud of the hotels history and at every opportunity told us about the presidents an other famous guests, the great flood, the radio station and all this while we had the BEST breakfast. Starbucks in the lobby, There was a speak easy in the basement. . . Fun!
