  • I wish I could give them 0! I have a friend in wheel chair called them 3,2,1 and days before we headed to Vegas to remind them we need a AVA accessible vehicle. Once we got to las Vegas this shuttle was rude, disrespectful, and late. They constantly treated as if we were a burden and my handicap friend was miserable. Never use this company.
