  • My wife and both of our kids have gotten glasses at this Warby Parker now. Each experience was fantastic. Great assistance in store without them hovering over us, terrific selection, got the glasses quickly and they have been very helpful with adjustments, etc. Here's where they kicked it into overdrive. Tonight my son stepped on his glasses, breaking the frame completely. Without glasses he can't drive and can't work. We called the store, they said to come in and they'd help. As soon as we got there they took his lenses out of the broken pair, put them into a brand new frame and we were out the door. No charge, no questions, no wait...just help when we had a little crisis on our hands. Unheard of customer service. That's how you earn loyalty. WP is the only place we'll do business, no doubt. Great stuff.
