  • So disappointed in the customer service here. I had 2 sales reps tell me they couldn't help me because they were tied up with stalking their customers. All I needed was a mattress. I was ready to pay and go. I had to convince a sales vulture that all I needed was a mattress and he insisted on stalking a different guy. THE CUSTOMER insisted that he should help me because all I needed was a mattress. The sales guy was so hesitant to help me that I was ready to walk out of the store. The customer then told him that he was still looking around and he should really help me. I was two seconds away from walking out, but I really needed this mattress today. If it wasn't for that other customer I would have left. Everybody else in the store seem to be working efficiently except for the sales representatives. Walker furniture should invest on more sales representatives especially during big holiday sales such as today. There was a guy wearing a Hawaiian shirt and all he was doing was walking around talking to this couple flipping the cushions on the chairs, the older African American gentleman said he was going to find somebody for us when he walked away he decided to sit on the recliners and not talk to anybody, the middle aged white guy said he would send somebody over but never did, and Oscar was the only one that decided to finally help us after a customer said it was OK to help me first. What in the world is going on!? This is not a million dollar commission facility, this is a clearance center for crying out loud!
