Do not book anything with this company. Whether Frank Cardona has been removed from their website or not, the service will not get any better. A business is only as good as their manager and the few interactions I had with Gary Cristello was proof that this company is in incapable hands. If and when you have a problem, which is pretty much guaranteed if you book with this company, they have absolutely nothing in place to resolve your issues. You instead are faced with a manager who will laugh at your complaints and ignore your attempts to discuss options of how to rectify the issues by not returning your calls, replying to emails or simply taking off when you call to say you are headed down to their office to meet in person. Do not waste your time, or money. Find an authentic agency that will take your money and actually provide you receipts, a proper invoice, not overcharge your credit cards, and book you a trip.
