  • Not equiped to produce a french fade look. I asked for a very simple french fade nail with minimal white tip... I got a very streaky white glittery nail...the nail tech (Tracy) looked at the image i brought her and said ok... She did the biogel and it looked great, but when she started the fade she didn't know what she was doing. They have no airbrush machine so they have to do it by hand. As she started i let her finish because i thought maybe she has a different technic..? But then near the end she starts to put the top coat on and all i could see were white lines. I tell her to stop because it looked so sloppy and i could not walk out of there looking like i did my own nails.. And as i was telling her it looks bad, she kept adding more white. So i told her if you cant do the french fade Ide rather do a full color. Another tech comes to see my nails and she suggests to me glitter.. I said ok thats fine.. So Tracy got the glitter and rushed the rest. Slapping on the cuticle oil, no massage and hands me a hot towel. 2 seconds later asks me to wash my hands. The shellac was so sloppy that i had to get her to file it off on the edges. I politely told her as i payed $65, next time, if you cant do the design tell your clients, i would have gladly picked something else. I would have honestly given them 5 stars if they had just told me we cant do that look.
