  • Horrible job. Walked in for a soak-off and manicure. Acrylic was still left on some nails after the soak off and drill filling. The manicure was lower than basic, only received hand massage on one hand. All of my nails were filed crooked and different lengths. I had to file them myself for them to be straight. Since acrylic was still on my nails the Polish job was horrible, bumpy and sloppy. And parts of my nail didn't even have any polish on them. You should not expect anything of quality from here. I told them many times throughout service I wasn't satisfied and they said they will fix, but did not. Of course I paid before polish and requested refund but of course they said they don't do refund. Don't go here.
