  • Had another leak at my high rise office building yesterday. My first thought - call ATI!!! My go to team all responded shortly after I placed the call. Jason, Colleen LeBlanc and Ryan checked in and assured me they would send out a crew within the hour. Richie Martens showed up and handled everything !!! .... including cleaning my shoes with microbial disinfectant- ATI always goes above and beyond but Richie took customer service to an exceptional level! we are still in the drying out process but ATI has kept me informed of everything that was taking place. Water damage is never fun but with ATI the problem is so much easier to deal with!!!
