  • First let me say that almost all the products that I've ever bought are fantastic. Today I went in because I'm trying to get a programmable thermostat from my apartment. And I've had bad luck trying to find something that works for a slightly older apartment. I approached to a gentleman working in the electronics Working in the electronics aisle and ask them about thermostats. They both looked at each other and see if to say I don't want to answer this question. Well the one who did answer the question gave me the standard answers of I didn't wire it correctly, call Honeywell they can fix it, blah blah all without listening to me say what I had... he wasn't an electrician. Why ask for help if he's going to say call manufacturer?
