Show up early if you want fatty brisket! They open at 10, i got there at 11 to a pretty long line, they were out of fatty brisket by 11:15. The wait is worth btw. They serve samples to those in line, and the employees chat you up while you're waiting. I had the lean brisket and the pork ribs, both amazing! The beans are amazing. As well! Totally worth waiting in line in the summer heat! (They have misters) limited seating inside, but a good amount outside, just a little warm during the summer.
