| - Selection--Amazing! Not just a bunch of Vintage or cheap mall brands like you would find at Plato's Closet. Almost everything in like new or excellent condition--you won't find a lot of pilled sweaters, blouses with faded grease spots, etc. Zara, Lululemon, and a ton of anthro and Nordstrom brands like Maeve, AG Adrian Goldschmied, Pilcro & the Letterpress, Vince Camuto, etc. I've been to the store weekly for the last month and they've always had many new items. Most of the time, the seller line was four people deep. Could you guys add some kids clothes so that my daughters can be entertained while I shop? Girls 10-14 (bonus--this size often fit petite women size 0-4) would be perfect (i.e. Mini-Boden, Crewcuts).
Price--Very reasonable. Zara blouse NWT for $20, AG jeans like new for $29, and several clearance items for less than $10. None of that high end consignment shop / boutique, sell it for $10 less than in store business here. The inventory is priced to SELL.
Service--I usually select a few items, have them hold them in a fitting room, and go back out until I have literally two armloads to try on. I've never had to wait for a fitting room. The attendants always counsel me on brands or have suggested others. Upon checkout, two of the attendants have enticed me to return by noticing what brands I'm buying and mentioning that they just got a call from a seller saying she was coming in tomorrow to sell that brand. I came the next day and indeed, both times they had several new items of that brand. First dibs are awesome!
Design--Agree that there are way too many clothes on the racks. Makes shopping overwhelming and tiring. Sales items should be separated from the regular racks and not mixed in for easier access. The rack toppers are also not well labelled. How about Blouses-S / M and Blouses L / XL, etc. as the small white dividers are difficult to spot from across the room. Also, can we get a mini shopping cart or some of those wheeled baskets? I can never hold everything and keep trekking to the fitting room. I like the bag-less system. . . AND I think you should consider selling inexpensive re-usables to help out people like the poor lady who bought an armful and then carried it out in a garbage bag b/c you guys had nothing else to give her, even as a backup.
Overall, I'm a fan and I will be back!
