| - We have been going here for years and we have bought a total of 3 cars from them. Some time had passed since we wrecked our car and we didn't get an oppotunity to buy another car for awhile. We finally did and the car buying process was fine. It was when we went to get our first free oil change we pulled into the bay on a week day. There was hardly anyone there, but none the less we waited by our car for at least 20 minutes. Don't get me wrong there were service techs there in their offices. They ALL even looked at us a few times, but not one person said ANYTHING to us. It was like they all didn't want to take care of us and they were waiting for someone else to say something. Finally a younger guy went into one of the offices, started talking to the tech saw us standing there and immedietely came out and asked if we had been helped. We told him we were there for an oil change and he went and got the tech. (I wish I could remember his name) He came out, looking annoyed asked what we were here for I said just for an oil change. I then said are we suppose to go inside and let someone know we're here? He said well, do you have an appointment? Ummm no, I don't. He then said well that would make it easier if you did. I looked around to make sure, umm yep there's no one here but us and proceeded to tell him when we bought this car that was part of their pitch. "Hassle free oil changes for 6 years, you don't even have to make an appointment, just come on down". He said nothing to that, but well it makes it easier. HOW? You saw us standing there, isn't that proof enough that we needed help. Mind you we had been coming here for years when Alex was here and NEVER had we been told to make am appoimtment. So needless to say not very friendly at all. What happened to the foods ole days where they just took care if their customers and didn't question you on appoumtments. It's not like I was getting an engine rebuilt. Just am oil change people.
