I wanted to share my most recent experience with Ashley furniture. I had recently posted a few words on Ashley on service and quality of the furniture I purchased, I had contacted the store and the CSR I spoke to did follow protocol on the warranty guidelines, unfortunately he wasn't experienced enough to help me any further. I didn't ask for anything out of line or free materials to fix my furniture. I was contacted by Chris Heintz from Ashley on my concerns. I hope I spelled his name right. Chris was very helpful on what I needed and what to do about my issues. Chris sent out all the needed parts plus. We now have all our furniture working properly again. We now can go forward when we need furniture and put them back on we would buy from them again list.
