| - Wanted some gear and went to Bass Pro website. Said Dobson store was "low" on it. Called 3 times to see if in stock. No answer at all first time. Second 2 times I was transferred. After letting it ring 10-15 times, I hung up. Not even a weekend so was surprised.
Sent email to manager, Bob, given on the site explaining and gave my phone number. Eventually got email answer. Later, he called. Bob not happy I emailed, no apology. Just said, "I've got customers." Then, "You've got me now. What do you want?" By this time I had called another store, they answered, transferred and told me it was in stock.
When I told the Bob, he interrupted me and said in irritated voice, "Then I guess we're done."
Need new manager! Bob blew it big time!
