  • I did buy a package from this laser clinic, and it was for a really great deal, but did not get great results or any ! Oksana is very nice I believe she is the owner of this company and she did most of my treatments . During the treatment I did not feel any pain and I did not see any improvements so Midway through our sessions I asked her if she could turn the machine up as I was not seeing results. Then I did feel the pain and machine actually felt like it was burning me rather than targeting hair. The machine itself does not have a cooling system nor does she use topical lotion. I think when dealing with a company that owns a laser machine find out if they own more than one as different lasers are needed to target different hair types and colours while taking in consideration your skin type. Also if they are making false claims that laser hair removal is permanent then you know they do not know their stuff. I'm not knocking all laser hair removal businesses that I'm saying be clear on what the machine can actually do which includes its limitations. It was a real waste of my time as I was very faithful to my appointments but I got nothing out of it. I truly do not like giving a bad review and I did leave two stars as Oksana herself is an extremely nice woman and I know she takes pride in her business as her place is immaculate. I just would like to say be careful about making false claims and selling people unrealistic results. I did read other peoples reviews on here about her company I would be interested into seeing the follow up on other peoples experience with their hair removal as maybe this machine was not right for me.
