What a waste of money!! I came in with my boyfriend and our cat. He was having an allergic reaction and his eye and mouth were swollen. After waiting 40 mins past our scheduled time, we were finally shown to a room. We answered all the questions from the nurse, gave him our cat's full history and extensively explained the problem. 20 mins later our doctor finally came in. We had already been there over an hour before we could finalle see her. I wanted to do an allergy panel, but she refused. Told us to change his food and water dishes and give him over the counter antihistamines, like Zyrtec. I told her I wasn't really comfortable with that because I don't want to hurt his kidneys/liver so she also prescribed some immunity booster (no idea why!). Said she'd come back in a minute to give us the prescription and all the paperwork and left. We waited for almost an hour. Literally. She never came back. We finally grabbed our cat and walked to the front and told the receptionist we wanted to pay and leave and that our doctor, never came back. Another girl went to get the male nurse, who ran up to us, handed us the paperwork and ran off. Literally did not even ask us if we have any questions, did not tell us how to administer and medication. Just walked away. I have never been so poorly treated at a vet's office before. I have 21 animals and go to many vets for all of them and this was the worst one. I do not recommend it at all!!
