  • I have to say WOW!! On the spot was spectacular! Our air went out late on Saturday afternoon and when I called they were here in 30 minutes and checked it out for us, it was old unit and we decided to go with a new unit. The next day was Father's Day and they said owner would come and go over things for us but I said it was ok to wait till Monday , so Randy came on Monday morning and went over the units and costs then. We chose a 5 ton Trane and he said some of them were really more than we needed and he gave us a really good deal on the one we bought. The next day Randy and his crew were here just like he said they would be and on time, after a few short hours we had the coldest air coming out and we were thrilled. I would highly recommend ON THE SPOT AIR to everyone that has a need for help and service for air conditioning in Las Vegas ! We have been in Vegas for 75 years and I have to say they were probably one of the best companies we have ever used!! HONEST, RELIABLE, FAIR, and a pleasure to trust to do a great job. Thank you ON THE SPOT AIR!
