  • I own a Townhome that the complex is managed by Gerson Realty and Management. They are the snottiest HOA in the world and unapproachable if you even go to an HOA meeting No one does because they are such ASS'. They are the most confrontational and unwilling to do simple non-cosmetic request to the unit. It is like pulling teeth. The complex has deteriorated over the years because of their bad management. They lie, they are rude and never again will I live in an HOA if possible and if I must I will never do business if it has Gerson Realty involved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR SURE - I PROMISE!
