This has to be the worst Urgent Care ever!! They open at 8:00 am, I arrived at 7:30 am. I went there with abdominal pain, that as I waited in my car for them to open, got worse. I saw the staff, nurses and doctor enter, but couldn't get out if my car to go inside. From my car I called the front desk. I said that I needed help to get in the building. A girl came out and said that they didn't carry narcotics, but would call 911 for me. I agreed. The entire time I was in excruciating pain... Not one employee, nurse or doctor came out to make sure I was okay. Isn't there an oath that doctors take? Something that has to do with caring for sick people? To think that I was in my car for a good 20 minutes, scared and in pain... NOT ONE "CARING" PROFESSIONAL CAME TO MY SIDE TO CHECK ON ME, REASSURE ME OR MORE. I want to think that if someone I loved was suffering in front of an urgent care that someone within the office would not ignore them in their parking lot, but would help them. SHAME ON YOU!
