| - A few years back the company I worked for closed and I was left on unemployment and on Obamacare. The doctor I had at the time wouldn't accept my new insurance, so I was assigned a doctor, Dayco NP, by the state.
When I arrived, I was acutely aware it wasn't the nicest looking building, and it wasn't in the nicest area of town. Here's the thing though; this practice caught problems with me that my original family practice doctor hadn't. The doctor and staff truly took the time to listen, analyze my bloodwork and look into my family history to determine what would be best for me.
Even though I am no longer on Obamacare, I will not go to any other doctor. I trust the judgement of this practice and am grateful for the exceptional care they take. You're not just a number here, and you won't see a PA. You see the doctor directly. This can mean longer wait times, but think of it as the difference between fast food and home cooking. It's worth the wait.
Today at my 8:30 AM appointment I was treated with empathy, respect and as an individual. The doctor sat down with me and spoke with me to fully understand all the information surrounding any conditions before a determination was made. I arrived at 8:15 and was brought into a room at 8:45. I left the office at 9:20. From past experience, I've learned that the earlier you arrive the better. And arriving 15 minutes before my appointment, I still had 5 people signed in before me.
I would highly recommend this office to anyone who cares more about doctor's care than their surroundings or a state-of-the-art office environment.
