  • Came here to rent a car to travel to SoCal for five days. We chose Hertz because they offered a limited time deal waiving the under-25 fee. Boyfriend and I ordered a compact about a month in advance. Upon arrival at opening time, they had no cars in the lot and were in the process of ordering them from other locations. So we left, came back an hour later, and the lady tells us the best she can give us is a Ford Fusion (full-size). She said she'd give us a good deal on it (for the upgrade we didn't want?) but turned out to be only $10 more so, we could live with that. The car arrived clean and with a full tank. Thankfully they didn't push their insurance on us and we returned it without incident or fuss. The male agent who processed our rental and who we returned the keys to was nice enough. I'd consider renting here again.
