This property was very clean and I appreciated some of the little things the property had to make guests feel at home. There were little packets of spices in the cabinets for guests to cook with, little bottle of dish soap, and they had DVD rentals available in the front office.
I did think it was a little strange they did not have any shampoo. We have stayed at a lot of timeshares and hotels and I am pretty sure this was the first one which didn't offer little bottles of shampoo.
Also, we were there on business and telecommuting. There was a charge to use the wifi per device. The front desk was VERY nice and gave us a voucher so we didn't have to pay for it.
The main reason for rating the resort three stars was the mattresses and/or pillows were terrible. I didn't have a good night sleep any of the nights we were there. I say mattresses "and/or" pillows because I am not sure if with better pillows I would have been able to sleep okay with the mattress. I ended up sleeping without a pillow most of the time but still woke up sore each morning.
I would have rated it lower, but the staff was super friendly and again, the little things they included in the apartment showed they put a lot of thought into making their guests stay a pleasant one.
