  • This family trip would have been our 3 time visiting this resort. Every time we come it gets worse and worse but certain things get better and better. For starters you must now pay in order to park your car in the lot. Its not expensive i believe its only 14$ a night roughly but it adds up over time. Its about time that the hotel puts some money into the lazy river. First off the tubes are disgusting, they are out of air and they are yellow. Its time to get a few new tubes that look cleaner and that are cleaner. Second the pool could use a better cleaning mechanism. In the morning when we would go into the pool it was full of leafs buds and bugs. As i was excited to drive up to my hotel after a day of traveling to have marshmallows available. I was slightly devastated when i was informed that the fire pit had broken. Yes the gas fire pit was broken, and never got fixed. For the inconvenience we were told that we would have a "gift" in our room. And guess what that gift never came. As told by our waiter at the pool "according to arizona law you are not allowed to eat personal food at the pool" that would have been fine but he went on for 2 min talking about this saying how he would need to take it away or get security as my family and i were just sitting there in shock of how rude the man was being. Not only is outside food not allowed but person beverages (alcohol) is not allowed on the property out of your room. On another note the resort does have a flowrider which is always such a fun time to go on with your family and great for kids and adults of all ages as long as they are tall enough. It is the only flowerier in the state of Arizona i believe. The hotels location is great as there is an outlet mall right across the street and another mall across the street from that one. This includes shopping and restaurants. A great way to spend your nights when at the resort. The service at the hotel this trip was quit atrocious. Even though we were staying in the cabanas on the resort property but not the hotel our room would not be cleaned until 3 in the afternoon and that was after we called the hotel manager nearly 5 times. Overall this is a great hotel that my family keeps coming back to. Even though there a bunch of small things that may bother travelers the overall importance is there. The hotel rooms are clean, room is good, lifeguards at the pool, fun for family etc.
