I went here for a while and although the teachers are excellent (Patrick, Kim and Loretta, especially) I ultimately quit because the owner, Marilyn, is totally RUDE. She does not know how to talk to people and has a really bad attitude problem. I suffered a miscarriage two days before the annual recital that required a D&C and all Marilyn could ask me was if I planned on being in and coming to the rehearsal and recital. Seriously? What a heartless, selfish and disgusting troll. I'll really pray for you. Hopefully you'll think about working on those crappy customer service skills and lack of compassion of yours. They're pretty essential to owning and running a business.
