  • I came into Studio Raw on December 10 looking for some low lights and a trim. What I got was uneven color (that looked gray!) and 3 inches chopped off with thinning shears. Now, two months later, I am still upset as the cut has not grown out very much and is rather unattractive. I can't pull my hair into a pony tail or in a French twist the way I used to. The ends are thin and scraggly and the pieces around my face frame my face like some 1990's Jennifer Anniston/Rachel cut. I'm not looking to get anything out of this other than to let you know how my requests were basically ignored. I won't be returning to Studio Raw and have cancelled my appointments. I spent $140 on this only to be miserable the past 2 months and for the next several months until my hair grows again.
