| - Poor customer service... Money hungry business owners!
I had canceled my service, returned the bottles and cooler. I never got credit for the the bottles that were returned with the cooler. I had a total of 5 bottles returned 2 of them and got credit, I have 2 more bottles picked up with the cooler and never received credit for them...
It is ONLY 10$ but its the PRINCIPAL that matters.
Someone will be out on June 1, 2015 to retrieve the bottles.

Good morning! This is Josh with Tahoe Springs. I'm sorry but the last time I see bottles being retrieved is on May 15, 2015. I can restart your deliveries and a new service agreement must be signed when you restart.

^^^^Wow really inconsistent (June 1st ~ per email above ~ then May 15th was the last time they picked up the bottle...) I also asked for pricing, but I guess its all about signing ANOTHER CONTRACT
I replied:
So you mean to say, some random guy in a tahoe springs uniform and driving in a tahoe springs truck picked up my 2 bottles and he doesnt work for your company? Can you look further into this? I also have one more bottle that I need picked up and credited to my account.
Then Tahoe Spring's reply:
I understand, but no bottles were retrieved that day. I don't know what happened to the bottles. I only know that we did not get them. I apologize for any confusion.

I called them and Josh states that the driver is RETIRED and they cant investigate this.
When I asked to speak to someone higher that may be able to resolve this, he says NO, Its just me!
Well, then if this is how you do business, shame on you. Overpriced and unfair money hungry individuals.
Nice to you when they want to sell you their product, when you have finished your contract and would like to terminate your contract they give you a difficult time. Keep the extra $10-$15 I wouldnt want you to cry over it! And plus, they refused to pick up the bottle that I have here because I had ended my contract with them and they no longer do routes in my area! I live in Spring Valley not Pahrump or North Las Vegas!
