I would give this zero stars if it were possible. My husband and I went here to relax, unwind, and do some gambling after an extremely long day. The floor cocktail staff was nonexistent so we went to the bar. We ordered two beers, paying $10 as cocktails aren't free at casinos in Arizona. My husband took a large pull off of his beer and wound up with a mouth full of glass. The bottle had cracked when the bartender opened it. After spitting out the mouthful of glass and returning the bottle to the bar, a casino host and risk management employee showed up. The host offered to waive the cost of the beer (oh boy, big help there) and the risk management employee demanded that my husband either take ambulance to the hospital or release the casino of all liability from injury. Considering he may have swallowed glass which could cause future injury, I wasn't happy about declining the medical attention, but with no apparent medical issues, we weren't going to spend vacation time (and money) on an ambulance ride and hospital bills. We were offered nothing further than a refund on the beer, and still don't know if there will be effects from consuming glass shards. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen and we will never visit this casino again due to their lack of care and customer service.
