  • First, let me just say that Doug is the best service advisor ever. He always makes sure we are taken care of no matter what. Also, Michelle is just amazing. I met her when she was giving me a rental car while mine got serviced last December. Upon talking with her for the first time, I felt like I'd known her my whole life. This dealership just has good, whole hearted employees. We will not go to any other Cadillac, ever. If I could I would give this location 10 stars and then some :-)
