I had take in my apple desktop because it was not turning on properly. apparently I had a bad hard drive I paid for a new hard drive to be installed cost me $200. I pick it up 3 days later i turn it on every thing seems to be working before hard drive issues just righ. Now my Cd slot it will not play any Cd type. when I inserted a Cd it will eject it with in a min took it back to Apple and they couldn't seem to tell me what was the issue wrong because all diagnostics check out fine but yet they want to charge me another $150 to change the Cd slot which was working before my hard drive was having issues. how do I know they didn't mess with it when they inserted the new hard drive?..... they were no help, they just wanted to charge me with basically no other option. This kinda appreciation and disrespect towards apple customers has gotten out of line. Rep was not even an apple tech to make that diagnostic makes no sense and she writes some BS comments on my account so no other apple rep could help her mind was set I need to pay and that was it. I know for a fact they broke my optical lens to make more work (crooks). None of my questions were answered all i get is a pathetic I'm sorry and I have to step away now(WTF) really! Every single apple device I have purchased for last 7years has been garbage and always have some kinda issue. Starting to look like fraud and robbery to me. its so funny they give you 30days warranty all is good for 30 days then comes that new and bigger update file that ruins everything every time. Lets not forget the way it harasses you everyday asking you to update if you don't. I can go on forever but for now this is enough you disgrace of a business have you no shame in stealing from hard working people who put you where you at scum bags I tell you don't waste your time their. What Happened to customer service F U APPLE!
P.S why is the store full of busted devices instead of customers purchasing?
