Customer service via email is a frustrating, terrible experience!!! When I have to contact any customer service rep any where I expect for that person to get to the bottom of the problem or find another way to resolve it as I have to do at my job. I have been going back and forth with them FOR A MONTH OVER A SIMPLE EGIFT CERTIFICATE only to be told over and over again to keep checking for an email that's not there. I even suggested possible solutions only to be told again to check for an email that is not showing up. It finally got resolved after I got someone on the phone and completely lost it out of frustration with the CSR I had been dealing with via email. I've never had any problems with them before but then again, this is the first time I have had to contact their customer service department and that was enough for me to decide to start spending my money somewhere else. Definitely would not recommend.
