  • I would have rated this place 4 stars, but the what the lady who does waxing did upset me. I asked for my nails to be done in a burgundy color with a matte finish. It looks good, and I enjoyed my service there. The English-fluent lady who was speaking to me was wonderful to speak to. I was thoroughly enjoying my visit until I was dealing with the lady who appears to own the place. She did my eyebrows, and I agreed to do my eyebrows only. She insisted on doing my lip, but I refused. She kept complaining I was hairy and I am not. She waxed my lip anyway and then started trying to do my chin until I spoke up. She never apologized. Then when I was checking out, my debit card wouldn't take. She (the lady who waxed me) told me "You have no money" and insisted I had no money even though I explained I had money in the bank (which I verified later). If you're going to visit this place, do it for the nails. The waxing I had was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. I don't expect to be treated like a princess but I do expect respect and being listened to.
