I called on a Wednesday to ask if they carried Morilee bridesmaid dresses. When I asked what styles they carried she said "We have too many to go over on the phone, it would be best to make an appointment." I went in 2 days later for my appointment, and the woman looked at my notes and referenced the fact I was there to look for Morilee. She said that they carried two brands of bridesmaid dresses but they were mixed together on the rack. I started going through the rack of approximately 30-40 dresses and only found 3 Morilee. The original woman who my appointment was with had disappeared, so I asked the other woman at the front desk where the rest of the dresses were. She said that was it, and I explained my confusion that I could only find 3 of the brand I made the appointment to look at. She said "We pulled most of the 2017 Morilee down a few weeks ago because they're discontinued and we can't order them anymore, and we haven't received the 2018 styles in yet." You can imagine my strong frustration when I explained my reasoning for making an appointment at their shop. She apologized, but I couldn't believe what a disappointing experience this was. I took an afternoon off work for this appointment to avoid having to look at dresses during the busy weekend, and it ended up to be a waste. I was so annoyed! I'm in an out of town wedding for a friend so I had to use this brand, I didn't have the option.
