  • I've lived at the Pavilions at Providence for approximately 1 year 8 months. I love the peace and quiet. The office administrative team have always been polite, friendly and professional especially Toni. The property is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The maintenance team is on point when it comes to replacing light bulbs, or fixing the garbage disposal and it's completed less than 24 hours. As much as I love the layout of my apartment home and wish I could sign s 5 year/more lease at 1 price but I can't. I hate the fact that retention of tenants is something apartment companies don't consider. As for me I love the pools, business center, the fitness center, the beautiful Providence neighborhood. I hate moving, sad thing is the rent increase every year you sign a new lease.
