| - Bahama Breeze is conveniently located on the corner of Flamingo Road and Paradise Road. Keep it in mind that entrance is from Flamingo Road. There are plenty of parking at front of the restaurant.
The building reminds me of the Caribbean Islands.
Love the posts with fire like effects, the huge beach chairs at the entrance, and the music.
Bahama Breeze is open for lunch and dinner, and it stays open late.
Love the Happy Hour specials, on week nights 4pm-6pm and 9pm till closing. They are offering 50% off appetizers and reduced price beverages!
You have to be lucky to get seated immediately!
This place is very popular with locals and tourists.
When you signed up for a waiting list, you have to provide your phone numbers and then they'll be text you when the table is available for you. Usually it doesn't take long. Host/hostess is always very polite. They are asking you if you were dining here before, remind you to watch where you step up or down ... the restaurant has lots of little stairs all around.
Waiters/waitresses are also very polite, very knowledgeable about their food and drinks.
I'm a kind of person who is always looking at the menu for minutes and then I always get the same items over and over again.
My favorite dinner is the Shrimp and Lobster linguine ... It's a huge portion! Never left dissatisfied or hungry! Perfectly cooked pasta with lots of yummy seafood and creamy sauce. I always ask for freshly grated Parmigiana cheese to add. It really enhances the flavor of the meal.
I also like to add an order of Caesars salad. If you add the salad to the entrée, it only costs $2.99.
My other favorite item is a Seafood Paella. Lots of shrimp and oysters and baked chicken on top of Spanish rice. This meal has lots of flavor! Also a huge portion.
My daughter ordered Lobster and shrimp quesadilla from HH menu. Very tasty appetizer, lots of shrimp and lobster pieces with spinach and cheese on flour tortillas. It is served with very mild salsa and sour cream.
The Coconut Shrimps from HH menu is our other favorite item. It is served with mango salsa, very yummy!
Their specialty cocktails are very well made, always garnished beautifully.
Sometimes I order the Original Cuban Mojito. The only problem I have with this when it is made with way to much ice. I have to ask for a "less ice" version of it.
The Original Lemonade is very good here! It's non-alcoholic, but it's coming from the bar, so it takes forever to get it, sometimes!
Other drinks, like soft drinks or iced tea ... never had a problem to get refills. Service is always good, servers are very attentive.
The restaurant is very casual. Happy to return again and again!
