  • HORRIBLE! Their price board is confusing and over priced. There was no sugar or salt scrub on the legs. They only put a little lotion on there and cover with a small hot towel. My mother's pedicure was worse. She has a callous on her foot. The lady asked if she wanted her to use a callous remover for $5. My mother said no. So when the lady was doing the regular scrubbing with the pedicure, she skipped right over the rough spots! Then later again asks is she wants her to use a callous remover. My mother asks what they use and they pull out the ol metal grater. No way anyone who knows better would let anyone near them with one of those. Then on to the manicures. They nipped my mom and she bled. My lady didn't even remove the remaining spots of clear polish I had leftover on my nails. We both got gel polish. For the first time ever, after 3 days and I have CRACKS! The employees were quite rude and the place just seemed wrong to begin with. Obviously we won't ever be back and I highly suggest no one else subjects themselves to such a horrible experience.
