  • Prompt; Courteous; On time; Great customer service; Technician was reliable and knew what he was doing; Diagnosed and fixed the problem that afternoon; Gave us tips to maintain our unit; Went out of his way to make sure the AC was up and running before he left; This was in the record heatwave of 2016! M & K are the best and we would use them again and recommend them to our friends without hesitation!!!
