  • Went to Valvoline for an annual car inspection and an oil change. They never asked what kind of oil I wanted, just assumed based on what I had at a valvoline the previous time. When the guy came in to the waiting room to tell me what they had done to my car he was legitimately talking 100 mph. I couldn't follow a word he said. Seems like that is something this specific store does because I saw another mechanic come in and do the same thing to another guy. I didn't even know what had been done to my car until I looked at my receipt. At the end of the day they did what I asked them to do, but I did not find the service people helpful or friendly at all.
