We loved this place--it was the fourth brewery of the day (after we'd gone to the hotel and napped off the first three) and it was hands down our favorite. The place is small but homey, the bar staff and brewmaster are super friendly and come talk to you at your table, and take the time to explain how the beers are made and in what order you should drink them.
The best beer of the night was a Wild Wild Weiss wild yeast wheat ale. Had a bite and a sour and a zing and was amazing. They were all amazing.
We had a fosters original kielbasa with kraut that was lovely, and a flatbread. We also indulged in the chocolate tasting board paired with four beers--all of which were new to us (putting us at a total of 12 samples or basically their entire list for the evening).
Wish we lived closer and could come here all the time. Love it.
