  • Wow reading all these bad reviews I thought I would say I've had great service from this location. I've been renting for years. The guys are nice and welcoming. The only downside I would say (hence the 4 star rating) is that they don't always clean the cars. Sometimes it's subtle inside but sometimes you can tell they didn't do the outside. I know it's a busy location but they should rinse and wipe all the cars down. However, I know when the car is not clean enough for me, I tell them and they will wash it for me. A bit of a inconvenience for it does take like 15-20 pending how many cars they have in the queue and it should have been cleaned prior to pick up. Otherwise, this location has pretty long hours and opens on most holidays which other locations don't in the downtown core. They are also a Budget so you can book Avis or Budget at the same location, but book online for it's usually cheaper.
