Put on a great "air" that they were different but they are just as bad as many other AC shops. Put in a fan and charged me $ 650 which fixed nothing so I made them take it out (and they credited me $ 495 of my $ 650). Then the AC unit died and the new AC guy showed me that besides multiple refrigerant leaks appearing from nowhere the wrong capacitor had been put in my unit.
I don't know why AC people think they can get away with crap like this but they do. Beware of these guys, they think they are slick.
Response to Carl's AC comments: my AC unit was not undersized, you should know that a 3.0 ton unit is plenty for my 2nd floor square footage, you are in the AC business, right? Who charges for putting in something that is not needed? Almost $ 150 so that you can come out and do something entirely unnecessary? Really?
Yes I am rude when I get taken, I provide a service to people myself and I don't get paid if I do something that does not solve a problem. Oh I forgot, you told me sometimes AC people have to guess what the problem is. That's the best BS I have heard in years, if you can't find the problem just replace something (the more expensive the item the better). Yeah, lol, that works.
