  • I agree with Asha that this is more a Criss Angel show than Cirque Du Soleil however, I found him to be very humble and appreciative of his fans. He takes moments to speak with the audience while the next scene is being set. I liked that he remembers how it all began for him and is thankful and clearly loves his family. It was a quiet audience in the beginning and he reminded the crowd that they were performers and feed off that energy and from then on it was much better... Perhaps watching so much Mindfreak can numb people to the illusions. Almost as if they are hungrier for more and more... We all know he doesn't really saw the lady in half right....it's an illusion...and unless you figured out how he did most of that stuff...then I think he gets the kudos for these spectacular illusions.... Of course there are trap doors and even if you don't see them you must know that is a part of the trick...it's not magic it's an illusion.... Our family of 5 all enjoyed it. We spent about $400 for the 5 of us...pretty good seats and we feel like we got our monies worth.
