rev:text	READ the reviews! I had Kress Johnson at my door yesterday and at first I was hesitant. The reviews on Yelp and the fact that I was pretty happy with my bug sprayer held me back for a moment, but the price and the fact that I was assured by Kress he could adjust their visits so our house could be serviced every month made me want to give them a try. BAD DECISION. They started service yesterday right after his visit and he person who came out was very professional and courteous, he sprayed the whole house quickly. Although I have it on video, I decided to email the company to for the fourth time make sure we would be serviced every month, I have a little baby and would hate to see any bugs inside of my home. And regardless of someone telling me why they come out every month, that's not how I want to work and that's why I was happy with my previous company. I got an e-mail back from Maria telling me they come out every other month, so there I knew I had made a bad decision. I e-mailed back explaining and to my surprise Mariatells me to resolve with Kress - excuse me? Mind you I told her we do have the conversation on video and a verbal agreement is as good as a written one. She had the audacity to tell me again to have this figured out with Kress "ASAP", again, excuse me? Very unprofessional. Now I have no reasons to work with them and I recommend you do the same, work with a different company so you don't have to deal with any of this. There's a reason why they're so poorly rated on here.
