  • Some of the chairs are starting to get old. The padding has become weakened, so sometimes you'll have a busted armrest that you will just feel the pastic frame, which is not very pleasant. So definitely give the chair and armrest a test drive before plunking yourself down. On a packed day, you'll just have to keep your fingers crossed. A word on audio volume... (though it's not unique to CK), the volume tends to be too loud, usually at a rate of 1/3 times per visit. It sounds cheap when the audio becomes so distorted you hear the slight crackling of the speakers. This tends to not only wreck your ears, but the experience, as well.
