  • Zero stars should be an option on this place. Recently just moved here to the Encantada properties. Was not advised by my landlord that we needed to have a parking pass to park in front our rental house. We get a "48 hour violation" early Saturday morning for not having the pass. The office to pick up these passes is "closed" on the weekend. So to my disgust this morning (7am) when I went to go to work my car was gone. There is an option to do 72 hour Violation on this sticker and should be an ethical option especially when the person can't resolve the situation until their offices are open (Monday) Now I have to pay over $250 dollars to get my car out of Ashley Towing. This is so shady and when are lease is up we will be moving from this location for sure. We are a hard working family trying to make ends meet and now have to deal with OUTRAGEOUS EXPENSE!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!
