  • Out of all of the buffets at the Caesar's properties in Vegas, this is one of my favorites. The service is spectacular for a casino buffet, and the food is aplenty. If you're Diamond or Seven Stars, this is the joint to be. They will bend over backwards for you and make sure that your drinks are constantly filled and table cleared of discarded dishes. Plus, you get to skip the dirty heathen line, so ain't that the pits!?! The pits? Is that a good thing? If it isn't, I'm making it a good thing. Make sure to tip! They have all of the usual fixings and stations: prime rib, seafood, Italian, Mexican, Asian and dessert. Can I talk to you about the dessert for a minute? There are a few grab and go selections, and ten a few fancy ones behind the glass that you have to have help with. Is it worth shouting over the counter in order to get said desserts? You're darn tootin' it is! Because behind that lovely glass sits the scooped to order ice cream and gelato. The best flavor? The coffee with chocolate covered coffee beans mixed in. Hot damn! This place is also reasonably priced, so I always make a point to check it out when I'm out in Vegas and need a buffet. Come on! You need at least one buffet for every Vegas trip. Flavor's at Harrah's is the pits! There it is again. I'm making it into a good thing!
