  • I wouldn't recommend this business. I got a Groupon for a mani-pedi and was excited to try out a new place. I called on a Friday 12/22 and she said she was busy so to text her when I would like an appointment. Ok. So I text her at 3:47 PM that I needed an appointment for the following Thursday afternoon for two appointments for me and a friend to come get Mani-Pedis. At 9:44pm Friday night she texts me that she can only accommodate one person at time. Which is fine as I just want to enjoy the spa day. So as it is late by the time I see her text, I text her back Saturday at 10:30 am that my friend and I don't mind waiting on each other to get them done. No reply. I waited until Tuesday at 9:16 am to text her back as it was Christmas weekend and I didn't want to interrupt anyone's holiday. I said I hadn't heard from her and was she able to make the appointments for us? At 1:09 pm she asks what time? I reiterated that afternoon appointments please and as late as she would be able to accommodate the two appointments without being an inconvenience to her. She said she can't do two people late evening. So I ask when does she have appointments available then? She replies What time to you need? I said I asked for afternoon and was told no. So what was available? She replies What time on Thursday do you need? I am getting frustrated by now but try to be nice so I said "I am asking what is open? I wanted around 4 pm but am trying to figure out what times you have available for me and my friend to come. If you don't want my business I can go elsewhere." She says "I can do one person Thursday at 4. So please stick to that and we can make an appointment." Wow... So professional... So I told her never mind and that I didn't appreciate the run around. If she couldn't accommodate two consecutive appointments she should have said so from the beginning. All she told me was that she could only do one at a time. Which I was fine with. She then told me I was being aggressive. Nope. Just frustrated by the run around. I had something special planned for the weekend and wanted the spa day beforehand to make it even better and now I have to scramble to find another spa. If that text journey was anything like her business will be managed I don't think it will be in for a very long run.. I have all the texts if anyone needs to see the proof of what was said also.
