I ordered some of my favorite beers online sometime in August. About a month and a half later still no beer. I attempted to contact the customer service and no one responded to me for at least 3 week which is understandable things can get busy. They responded and told me there system was messed up and they were showing beers they no longer had :(. I then wrote back asking for a refund on the beers they no longer had. I waited a few weeks no response :( I emailed them a month later no response. I haven't received a refund for the order I never received and no one has emailed me back which is unfortunate because I truly like this place but the customer service online isn't in good standing.
