  • So this has been my favorite place for years, but last week we had a group of friends meet there. The food did not come up evenly, it felt like the servers were not on the ball. Started with 4 trips to bring silverware to the group, and not enough glasses. I got my meal after everyone else had finished their meals. Told him to just cancel my meal, but he said it was on its way and I ordered it. I thought it would have been dropped off the bill, but it was not even reduced in price. I feel like customer service need retrained. The food tasted great as always, but not enough bread to go with the Garlic plate, they brought more, but meals had been delivered.. I have been taking family and friends to Richardson's over 20 years, but now I will have to rethink my GO-TO place.
