  • We came here to replace the oil pan and check our front brakes. They gave us a quote and said we needed new rotors and brake pads. They said they could replace our rotors with Honda standard ones because ours were so warped and wouldn't last too much longer or they could resurface them and last a few months. We specifically asked for new rotors because we don't want to have to deal with the same issue later on. They quoted us based on new rotors, brake pads, and oil pan. We pick up the car and review the bill and they replaced oil pan and pads but only resurfaced the rotors. We ask them about this and they said that we asked just to resurface it. We talked to the same person we did when we got the quote and they flat out lied to profit off labor. We'll be disputing with out credit card company for the labor charges to resurface until they do what was originally requested.
