  • Great job! I texted Randy that my stupid power window broke again. He responded immediately and arrived the next day (I said I could wait until next day, no rush) and fixed the window quickly. He checked the speaker, locks and window control (quality work) and said I should be all set. I saved time and hundreds from going to the dealer or even a specialty repair shop, as I had in the past. I hope I don't have to use the warranty, but it's nice to know I have one from Randy. Randy's tip: use your power windows often to keep the hardware active, especially in the heat. We'll see if that helps. I'm sure we'll see Randy again on a different window or other car. THANKS !!!
